Each morning FDS obtain hotel room availability around all INDIAN
airports.
FDS have negotiated with all local and regional hotels for last
minute volume room rates for diverted passenger accommodation.
FDS
give clear written instruction, as to any restrictions to be placed
on the hotel Regarding services or facilities, which may or may
not be offered to passengers at the Airlines expense.
FDS
offer Airlines and Handling Agents a choice of available hotels
for their passengers, Ranging from 3 Star through to First and Business
Class Accommodation.
To
enable us to confirm accommodation/transport for diverted passengers,
FDS require MATO confirmation and billing instructions for us to
forward to the Suppliers.
Handling
Agents will still co-ordinate passengers onto transport. Hotel staff
will then look after ‘their guests’ until the passengers
check out and return to the airport.

FDS organize all coaching requirements for diverted passengers or
crew movements.
FDS have negotiated with various coaching companies, for the best
possible rates.
FDS
will arrange and confirm with transport companies agreed timings,
collection and drop off points.
FDS will advise the Airline/Handling Agent of the arrangements made,
including number of coaches, company name, timings, collection /
delivery points and drivers mobile telephone number (if available).
FDS
can arrange taxis and where necessary, executive limousine companies
for First and Business Class passengers, again confirming supplier,
timings, collection/delivery points and drivers mobile telephone
number (if available).

the required Supervisory Ground Handling Services for all types

FDS offer a diverted flight invoice checking service. This involves
the hotel and any other company requested to offer you or your passengers
a service, to forward their invoices to us for authorization and
checking against your MATO and the written requests and agreed castings
we gave them. Any discrepancies will be checked, discussed and resolved
to your satisfaction.
All
invoices for our Client Airlines will, after checking be forwarded
onto your
accounts department for payment direct to the supplier.
